REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds & cancellation.

We want you to be sure before you pay, so designing, previewing and saving your invitation are free. You only pay when you choose to publish.

Before you pay

Please check your invitation carefully in the phone preview: names, date, time, venue and both languages. You can stop at any point before paying. Nothing is charged, and you can delete a draft or your whole account whenever you like.

After your invitation is published

Your invitation is a personalised digital service, delivered as soon as it is published. Once it has been published successfully, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. You can keep editing it at any time while it is active.

When we refund

  • Payment was taken but your invitation did not publish.
  • A significant technical fault on our side prevents your invitation from being used.
  • You were charged twice for the same invitation: the duplicate charge is refunded in full.

We will investigate and fix the problem where we can. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, we refund you in full. Refunded invitations are taken offline.

Cancellation

There is no subscription or automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel after you buy. If you leave the payment page before paying, no money is taken, and the unfinished payment simply expires. You can hide your invitation or delete your account at any time; this does not in itself entitle you to a refund.

Promo codes from venues and partners

An invitation published with a promo code is paid for by the venue or partner that issued the code. Refunds of a wedding package are between you and that venue or partner.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number (from Account → Orders & payments) and a short description of the problem. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are returned through Paymob to the card you paid with; depending on your bank, they can take 7 to 14 working days to appear. We refund the amount you paid, in the currency you paid in; we cannot cover fees or exchange-rate differences charged by your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund or other rights you have under applicable law, including Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
