TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of service.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply when you use weddinginvites.me, which is operated by Wedding Invites (“we”). By creating an account or buying an invitation, you agree to them.
1. The service
We provide personal wedding invitation websites. Each invitation has its own link and can include your wording in Arabic, English or both, a design of your choice, a photo and music, the event details, a countdown and, if you want, guest replies (RSVPs, up to 5,000 per invitation). A published invitation stays online until five days after your first wedding anniversary (at least 30 days), and you can edit it until the wedding day; from then on it stays exactly as your guests saw it. Shortly before it goes offline we email you a thank-you note, and afterwards the invitation, its photos, music and guest replies are deleted, so download your guest list before then.
2. Your account
Use an email address you can access and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to buy an invitation.
3. Prices and payment
- The price is shown before you pay: 500 EGP for connections in Egypt and 15 USD elsewhere. Your location is estimated from your internet address, independently of your language; VPNs can affect it. Online payment outside Egypt may not be available yet.
- You pay once for each invitation. All designs and both languages are included. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Payments are processed by Paymob. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for foreign-currency transactions.
- Prices may change in the future, but never for an invitation you have already paid for.
- A promo code covers one invitation in full and can be used once. It has no cash value. Codes that come with a venue or partner package are covered by that package’s terms.
4. Delivery
The service is delivered online; nothing is shipped. Your invitation is published automatically as soon as Paymob confirms your payment, usually within a minute, and its link appears in your account under Invitations. If it has not appeared within an hour of a successful payment, contact us.
5. Your content
What you add to your invitation remains yours. You allow us to store, process (for example, resize photos) and display it in order to provide the service. Only upload photos, music and text you have the right to use. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, hateful, explicit or misleading, or to publish other people’s personal data without their permission. We may remove content or suspend an invitation that breaks these rules. If you believe an invitation uses your work without permission, email us the link and we will review it promptly and remove the material where appropriate.
6. Guests and replies
Anyone with your invitation link can open it, so share it with care. Use your guests’ replies only to organise your event.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance. We may improve or change features and designs, without taking away the core of what you paid for while your invitation is active. If we ever stop offering the service, we will tell you in advance and refund active invitations in proportion to the time remaining.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Our refund & cancellation policy explains when you can get a refund and how to ask for one.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the law.
10. Liability
We provide the service with care, but we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by things outside our control, such as internet or phone outages. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes on the site or by email.
